 Build self-esteem and confidence!

Introducing Mom/Daughter Yoga dedicated to building girls’ self-esteem.  Classes are offered as an 8-week series each quarter and are taught by a Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher and a Believe in She certified Tween Leader.

Each class lasts for an hour and a half.  We do 45-minutes of creative yoga, followed by 30-minutes of open conversation and journaling then end with a fun 15-minute art or cooking project.  No previous yoga experience necessary.  It’s all about strengthening the Mom/Daughter bond and having fun!!!

There are four different Believe in She series.  Classes do not need to be taken in any particular order.  Our classes are designed for 8-12 year-old girls and their mothers.
