Believe in She Products

Can I return my item?

Believe in She takes great pride in its merchandise and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.  After 30 days of receipt all sales are considered a final sale.

All returns or exchanges must be approved in advance by obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receiving merchandise.

Return instructions:

1. E-mail us at support@believeinshe.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order number along with the name of the item you are returning and the reason for return.

2. You will be issued RA# and we will e-mail it to you within 1-3 days of your original e-mail.

3. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

Print the RA # on the outside of the package and please make sure the number is easy to read.  We suggest insuring your package and using delivery confirmation/tracking in case it is lost or damaged. Believe in She is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Any items returned without an RA# will be sent back to customer at customer’s expense.

4. Once your return has been received and processed, we will send you and email notification to confirm details.

Please Note:

All  returned items must be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all hang tags still attached in their received placement.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

Damaged items cannot be returned. i.e. dirty or stained

All merchandise which is not received as specified above will not be issued a refund. We reserve the right to deny a full refund to any merchandise sent back in poor condition.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card and will exclude shipping costs.

Can I exchange my item?

Want to exchange your item? No problem! If you would rather have an exchange for your item please e-mail us at support@believeinshe.com to make exchange arrangements. Once your item is received, we will email your new order.  Appropriate shipping charges will be applied to exchanges.

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. Gifts may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order.  Please e-mail us at support@believeinshe.com to make arrangements.  Once we receive your item we will issue a store credit or send you your exchange item(s).
