Webster’s definition of intention: 1) A determination to act in a certain way. 2) What one intends to do or bring about.
Day to day life sometimes just gets in the way. Sometimes you and/or your daughter need a physical reminder of who you are, what you believe or what you want to create on any given day.
One easy way to do this is find a symbol that reminds you of your goal and assign meaning to that object. Anytime you need a reminder – just touch it to get yourself back on track.
