This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) tells you about the information that Believe In She LLC (“BelieveInShe,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects on its website, www.believeinshe.com (the “Site”), how the information is used and how you can access and correct certain information that we may collect.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected from you by BelieveInShe via the Site. The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not controlled or operated by BelieveInShe. Collection of Your Information

BelieveInShe collects personal information only if you choose to complete the online forms, request information or assistance through the Site or create an account to purchase products. You can access some areas of the Site without submitting any personal information. BelieveInShe may collect certain non-personal information in connection with the operation of the Site, including IP addresses, browser or operating system information, data on advertisements or links on which you click, and the websites that you visit before or after you visit the Site. Such information is maintained by BelieveInShe or service providers acting on behalf of BelieveInShe.

Protection of Your Information

Order Confirmation. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.  To process an order, it is necessary to transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company.

Upon our collection of your personal information, BelieveInShe may use it internally for the following purposes:

The information that we collect about our customers is critical to our business.  We respect and value this information, and do not want to jeopardize the flow of information between our customers and the Site.  Therefore, we are not in the business of selling this information to other Web sites or businesses.  There are very limited circumstances where we do share some customer information, and this is outlined immediately below. We share customer information only as described below.

We may disclose your personal information to third party partners in order to provide services for us, including support services, website services, delivering promotional materials and answering customer questions about our products and services.  In the event that BelieveInShe joins forces with another company, your personal information may be transferred to the other party.  BelieveInShe reserves the right to disclose your personal information if required by law.

The personal information that you provide will be stored and maintained by BelieveInShe until you instruct us otherwise, or, under BelieveInShe’s discretion.

When you access your account, there is a variety of information that you will see.  This is designed to allow you to update any changed information and view the information that you entered previously.  This information is sensitive, and it is necessary to both protect this information and keep it current in order to have the best experience at our Site.  Examples of the type of information that can be accessed by signing into your account are on the Site.

User Choices with Regard to Access of Information

General. You always have the right to refrain from providing any information.  This may have an impact on use of the Site and on the ease of making purchases or taking advantage of certain unique features of the site.

Prior Information. You can add or update certain information on pages such as those listed in the “User Access to Information” section above.  When you update information, we usually keep a copy of the prior version for our records.

Customer Communication. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your account setting regarding email contact preferences. (You cannot waive the applicability of the Terms of Use and other legal notices, such as this Privacy Policy, and if you elect not to receive those notices, they will still govern your use of believeinshe.com, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.)

The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.  However, affecting the acceptance of cookies means that you will not be able to use such important features as accelerated ordering and customized product suggestions.

BelieveInShe will use reasonable efforts to provide access to your personally identifiable information if you request such access in writing submitted to: support@believeinshe.com. BelieveInShe reserves the right to deny access to your personally identifiable information for any reason.

Acceptance and Revisions

By visiting the Site, you accept that your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions of Sales, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California.  If you have any concern about privacy at the Site, please send us a thorough description to support@believeinshe.com, and we will try to resolve it.

BelieveInShe reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to you. All revisions will be posted to the Site. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently for changes. Your continued use of the Site means that you accept those changes.

Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.  We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.

Information You Gave Us

General. Information is collected from you when you do the following activities: search, buy, bid, post a review or opinion, participate in a contest or questionnaire, or communicate with customer service.

Examples. General. As discussed earlier, our systems collect information that is sent over the internet without your control.

Software Used.
